Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your SpookySnugs blanket. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Returns
You have [30] days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at [support@spookysnugs.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Because markers may have been used to color the blanket, blankets that show signs of use cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
